Reflecting on the year 2022, I am proud of Waterfront Academy for the accolades that were earned and how our community is healing and pushing forward. 

​

​This year Waterfront Academy was voted by the readers of "Washington Parent Magazine" as one of the top Foreign Language Programs, Montessori Schools, Preschools, and Private Schools. This year Waterfront Academy is also goDCgo's Platinum School Ambassador and recognized by DDOT and goDCgo as the "Emerging Commuter Program of the Year" for our commitment to sustainable transportation. Amazing things happen with support from people like you. You can give today.

Additionally, given the greater community making strides to return back to normal, Waterfront Academy is happy that this year we brought back after-school classes, like art, music, and dance.  In addition to the classes, we were able to start offering clubs for older children. 

​

The most exciting new addition to our robust program is that we now offer a lunch program. Waterfront Academy is proud to work with DC Central Kitchen to provide healthy and tasty meals to our students.  More great things are to come with support from our community. Please give today.

On the precipice of more amazing things, we are directing all annual giving donations toward Waterfront Academy's Capital Campaign to grow school programs, which includes a larger school facility to reach more students and families, as well as growing school amenities like the library, science lab, music, and art.
